Story:After the explosion of the night elf well of eternity, the resulting magical radiation affected more than just the night elves hit by the actual blast, and this unfortunate specimen, got transformed from makura to the fearsome sea ogre, scourge of the seas.
Primary skill Anchor Attack [NUKE] [Z] - Blast enemy unit with your anchor that deals 90 180 270 360 450 damage to all units around target and to target also. Has 120 range and 16 seconds cooldown.

12 :: 16 :: 20 Stone Form [B] - Stone form gives you 200 hit points and 75 125 175 armor. Armor lasts for 15 seconds. Has 32 seconds cooldown.
10 :: 10 :: 10 Tentacles [E] - Summon 4 6 8 tentacles to attack the nemies in melee range. Lasts 15 25 35 seconds. Has 600 700 800 cast range and 35 seconds cooldown.
10 :: 9 :: 8 Sea Power [C] - Water nova that deals 300 400 500 damage to all units around your hero and also heals your hero for same 300 400 500 hit points. Has 600 area of effect and 30 seconds cooldown
4 :: 5 :: 6 Stomp [V] - Dealing 100 160 220 damage to enemy unit in very small range and slowing them by 40% for 3 4 5 seconds. Has only 400 area of effect and 18 seconds cooldown.
4 :: 7 :: 8 Elemental Arc [F] - Bombards an area with elementals, dealing up to 280 420 560 damage to nearby enemy land units and stops their channeling spells. Has 800 cast range and 35 seconds cooldown.
6 :: 10 :: 14 Sea God [D] - Increases a friendly units attack rate by 20% 30% 40% and movement speed by 20% 30% 40%. Lasts 14 18 22 seconds. Targeted unit will be cvery large. 2x longer duration for nonhero units. Has 800 cast range and 35 seconds cooldown.
10 :: 15 :: 15 Moon Water [G] - Creates a barrier that stops 1000 1500 2000 points of spell damage form affecting a target unit. Lasts 15 seconds. Has 500 cast range and 30 seconds cooldown.
